GLOBAL HYGIENE COMPLIANCE ARCHITECTURE: DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT
First Industrial-Scale Implementation of EU ECO-STANDARD 10060
1. TRUST IS NO LONGER A COMPLIANCE STRATEGY
As new regulations such as the Green Claims Directive and CSRD reporting requirements descend upon Europe—alongside the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the UK Forest Risk Commodities Regulation (Environment Act 2021)—trust is no longer a compliance strategy.
Proof is.
In a regulated market, belief is irrelevant. What matters is whether a claim can be independently verified, time-stamped, and defended under audit. That is why we built the world’s first industrial-scale Immutable Compliance Architecture for hygiene products.
We do not ask you to trust our brand. We welcome you to verify our physics.
THE TRANSPARENT LENS: FROM LAB TO LEDGER
2. SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE & DEFINITIONS
The Registry operates on the three-part compliance structure defined by Standard 10060.
The DPU (The Asset)
Definition: The Digital Proof Unit is the atomic compliance object. It is a serialized, machine-readable token issued for a specific production batch. Unlike static PDF certificates, the DPU contains raw forensic integers—verifying 0.0% Tree Content, carbon intensity, and fluid mechanics—rather than narrative claims. It serves as the unalterable "birth certificate" for every registered SKU.
The DPP (The Interface)
Definition: The Digital Product Passport is the standardized data schema (Standard 10060-5). It functions as the "permission-to-trade" signal. The DPP formats the forensic data of the DPU into a strict structure that allows customs algorithms, ERP systems, and audit bots to automatically validate the "Exempt" status of a shipment without human intervention.
The Vault (The Anchor)
Definition: The Immutable Audit Ledger. To satisfy the "Immutable Record" requirement of Standard 10060-3, all DPUs are permanently secured in a regulatory-grade digital vault (AWS S3 Object Lock).
Security Protocol: The system utilizes WORM (Write-Once-Read-Many) technology. Once a DPU is minted, it is cryptographically locked for 2,555 days (7 years). The record cannot be deleted, altered, or manipulated by the manufacturer, the consortium, or the cloud provider.
3. THE PHYSICS (INDEPENTENT LAB TESTING)
Every claim begins with reality. Each production batch of TreeFree Core is subjected to independent laboratory testing under the physics defined by EU ECO-STANDARD 10060-2. We do not "check" the product. We stress-test it.
Verified SGS France Results:
- 0.0% lignocellulosic (tree) content
- < 0.09 g rewet (dryness)
- Class B
This is raw data—not interpretation, not estimates, not averages.
4. THE BLOCKCHAIN ANCHOR
This is the industry first. We do not store compliance records on company servers where they can be modified, overwritten, or quietly replaced. Every DPU is uploaded into a German-jurisdiction Compliance Vault using AWS S3 Object Lock (Compliance Mode).

5. OPERATIONALIZING INNOVATION: THE SAP INTEGRATION
We do not just provide a certificate; we provide the executable code for zero-touch compliance.
For retailers operating SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or automated customs bots, the DPU functions as a deterministic logic gate. Because the product is 0.0% tree-based, it does not fall into a "Low Risk" category for EUDR. It falls into a NULL category.
The Automated ERP Logic Gate: When your system ingests a TreeFree Core Passport, the following logic applies:
- INPUT: Standard_ID = ECO-10060 + Material_Class = NON_LIGNOCELLULOSIC
- LOGIC: IF Tree_Content == 0.0% THEN EUDR_Obligation = NULL
- RESULT: The system bypasses the TRACES-NT forestry workflow entirely.
SAP Field Mapping (Reference Implementation):
- Material Master (Risk Category): NULL (Not Applicable)
- Compliance Check: PASSED (Exempt by Composition)
- Due Diligence Statement (DDS): NOT REQUIRED
6. WELCOME TO ZERO-TREE VERIFICATION
EU ECO-STANDARD 10060 is not just a rulebook. It is a transparent lens—a system of proofs designed for a world where sustainability claims must survive regulation, litigation, and public scrutiny.
This is not the future of compliance. It is live, operational, and auditable today.
Welcome to the era where our hygiene products are proven, not promised.
